By downloading or using the CCSE Nacionalidad Española app, you agree to these terms of use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Independence Disclaimer
This app is an independent, private study tool for the CCSE exam (Conocimientos Constitucionales y Socioculturales de España). It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or approved by Instituto Cervantes or the Ministerio de Justicia. Names such as CCSE and Instituto Cervantes are used descriptively, only to indicate which exam the app helps you prepare for. The practice questions come from the officially published CCSE question catalog. Official registration and information are available at examenes.cervantes.es.
License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial study purposes.
Content and Accuracy
The app contains the 300 official questions of the 2026 CCSE catalog published by Instituto Cervantes. The catalog is partially renewed each January and we update the app accordingly. Question translations are provided as a study aid only; the official exam is always taken in Spanish. The app is an educational tool: it does not replace official sources and does not guarantee that you will pass the exam or obtain Spanish nationality.
User Conduct
You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, copy or redistribute the app or its content. Commercial redistribution or publication of the practice material is not permitted.
In-App Purchases and Premium
The optional Premium upgrade is a single one-time purchase; there are no subscriptions. Purchases are processed via the store where you downloaded the app (Apple's App Store or Google Play) and are subject to that store's terms. Refunds are handled exclusively by the respective store according to its policy.
Limitation of Liability
The app is provided without warranty of any kind. We do our best to keep the content accurate and current, but we accept no liability for exam results, nationality decisions or any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the app, to the extent permitted by law.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Changes are published in the app and on this website.
